siendo consecuentes con nuestra misi\u00f3n de hacer posible las aspiraciones de las personas, mejorar su calidad de vida y superar sus expectativas a trav\u00e9s de una oferta integrada de servicios tur\u00edsticos amigables con el medio ambiente, que permitan la conservaci\u00f3n de \u00e9ste, para el disfrute de futuras generaciones.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta pol\u00edtica se dicta en cumplimiento de la Norma T\u00e9cnica Sectorial NTS TS \u2013 003, que establece los requisitos de sostenibilidad en los aspectos ambientales, socioculturales y econ\u00f3micos que son aplicables a las agencias de viajes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><span style=\"color: #008143;\"><b> COMPORTAMIENTOS RESPONSABLES CON EL DESARROLLO SOSTENIBLE.<\/b><\/span><\/li><\/ol><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Procure siempre comprar y consumir alimentos que usen envoltorios reciclables o que no los usen en absoluto.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lleve bolsas pl\u00e1sticas para la basura y s\u00e1cala del lugar al final de tu estad\u00eda, si no es biodegradable, o depos\u00edtala en las canecas o lugares demarcados por la autoridad competente, si es biodegradable.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Considere la posibilidad de donar a, o visitar a los proyectos que conservan los h\u00e1bitats de animales y protegen las especies en peligro de extinci\u00f3n, tales como santuarios de animales y centros de rehabilitaci\u00f3n de la vida silvestre.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por ning\u00fan motivo compre animales, ni intente llevar a su pa\u00eds de origen plantas de otros or\u00edgenes, no solo es un delito, sino que contribuye a la desaparici\u00f3n de las especies.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diga no a la explotaci\u00f3n sexual, este flagelo que sufre los destinos tur\u00edsticos y en el que se combinan diferentes factores, tambi\u00e9n debe involucrar al visitante, en la prevenci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n de las v\u00edctimas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reduzca sus emisiones de CO2, si usted viaja en carro o en bus ap\u00e1guelo mientras est\u00e1 parado.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evite el uso de planchas de ropa y planchas y secadores para el cabello.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No arroje basuras o pl\u00e1stico, identifique las canecas de basura que est\u00e9n cerca o recoja todo en una bolsa y al terminar su visita bote los residuos en el lugar adecuado.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apague las luces y el aire acondicionado con el fin de ahorrar energ\u00eda y evitar sobrecarga en los sistemas el\u00e9ctricos de la ciudad.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><span style=\"color: #008143;\"><b> COMPORTAMIENTOS AMBIENTALES, SOCIOCULTURALES Y ECON\u00d3MICOS EN LOS DESTINOS TUR\u00cdSTICOS QUE OPERA, PROMOCIONA Y COMERCIALIZA.C\u00d3DIGO \u00c9TICO MUNDIAL PARA EL TURISMO CULTURA.<\/b><\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c1brase a las culturas y tradiciones distintas de las suyas: su experiencia se ver\u00e1 transformada, usted se ganar\u00e1 el respeto de la poblaci\u00f3n local, y \u00e9sta lo acoger\u00e1 m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente. De igual forma se promueve el cumplimiento de la normatividad aplicable para contrarrestar la Explotaci\u00f3n sexual de menores de edad.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ley 1336 de 2009 por medio de la cual se adiciona y robustece la Ley 679 de 2001, de lucha contra la explotaci\u00f3n, la pornograf\u00eda y el turismo sexual con ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ley 679 de 2001 por medio de la cual se expide un estatuto para prevenir y contrarrestar la explotaci\u00f3n, la pornograf\u00eda y el turismo sexual con menores, en desarrollo del art\u00edculo 44 de la Constituci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ley 599 del 2000. C\u00f3digo Penal, Titulo IV \u00abDelitos contra la libertad, integridad y formaci\u00f3n sexual.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #008143;\"><b>5.PROGRAMAS PARA LA SOSTENIBILIDAD AMBIENTAL VIAJES STAR TOURS Y\/O GABRIEL ORTIZ Y C\u00cdA S.A.S.
